You know those comic books where the character is super muscular and has veins all over their body? I always wanted to see one of them flex, only for all their vascular veins to rupture on the outside and blood to spurt everywhere. I know it's disgusting and sickening, but it'd also feel like it was something they were due for.

So, the tongue is a muscle. Woundn't it be funny if it grew and choked him?
The flip side is that he no longer looks stable. I suspect any inhibitions he had may now be long gone and she can use that against him.
